Distractions

Good morning, my favorite readers

It's by a chance I am writing this. Have you felt so distracted when you need to focus on something you're working on? Either it's external distraction or internal one. If yes, then welcome and you're not alone :)

This is a serious problem I think. When we need to fix something, then a text message comes up and we are distracted and we lost our focus and ciao the thoughts are just about to go nowhere. Haha it's not just you.

So, my simple actions to deal with this:
1. Turn off the phone or put it away somewhere down the desk
2. Write down the to do 's
3. Go somewhere quiet (maybe restroom) and breathe. So many introverts need this to get away from the external distractions
4. Control your mind. Thus this is the hardest part - for me

I'm not super perfect of handling this distractions problem, because sometimes my wandering mind is too hard to be controlled. But hey, at least we are doing to handle this. Practice makes perfect. We can do that. Happy weekend. Ciao ciao :)
