4 Practical Tips To Stay Happy

I am here to share my thoughts and thank you for taking your time to read my blog anyways.

Last few days, I encountered many experiences in life - the good and the bad. The good ones made smile and laugh. The bad ones made me frown and laugh. Oh why laugh? Because I was trying to think the funny reason that made me sad. And that's my #1 tip to stay happy. Think about something funny or well an insight beyond the bad times. It works, for me at least.

The #2 for keeping happy is to knowing yourself. By knowing yourself, you also know your limits, know your boundaries, know everything about you. I know my capacity when it comes to dry jokes or to bad times yeah. And I always think I can't control the external factors that make me sad, so that I try to make a boundary.

#3, don't let people know your emotions that you're being sad or something. That makes it worse. Why? Because first you are sad and second you're making someone bored/sad also by telling them your sadness.

And last, stay with the positive people who is being real to you. Well, we don't know which one is the real one until we lose them. I've lose some people in my life and I don't complain or try to get back to them, because I already knew who's worth to be kept and not. Remember, stay with the positive ones who are being real to you.

Now you know how I can keep being happy in my down time. They are not always easy to be implemented in life I know, but I know the tips are working. You gotta try though. Stay happy and lovely :)
